In order to reduce the cost of the low-quality PVC edge banding on the market, the content of calcium carbonate powder is as high as 60% or more. As for the different equivalent products of the same brand, it is mainly the content of their calcium carbonate powder.
4. Cracking. Due to the high content of calcium carbonate, the PVC edge banding has no toughness and loose internal structure. It will crack if it is slightly exposed to external force, especially in the transportation at low temperature.
