2. If it is the edge banding of the furniture, observe the condition of the back treatment agent coating. Under normal circumstances, a clean treatment agent is better. Improper handling of the back side will result in a low firmness of the edge band, which will easily fall off in the future.
3. Pick up the PVC edge banding strip and smell it. Generally speaking, the edge bands produced with high-quality raw materials have little taste and almost no taste. If the edging bar tastes too strong, it means that the quality of the raw materials used in the production is relatively poor.

1, the size does not match. In the molding process of PVC edge banding strips, those that cannot maintain the original predetermined dimensional accuracy are called dimensional discrepancies and unqualified.
2, the color is uneven. The surface of PVC furniture edge banding strips is uneven in color and has different shades.
3, low brightness. The surface of PVC furniture edge banding strips is dim or uneven.
4. Paste stains. PVC edge banding has many dark stripes or black spots on the surface or inside of plastic parts.
5. Insufficient filling (lack of glue). The PVC edge is not full, there are bubbles, voids, shrinkage, etc., which does not meet the standard model, which is called lack of glue.
6. Warpage. After the plastic part is taken out of the mold or after a period of time, the shape of the plastic part will rotate and twist. For example, the difference between the uneven product foot and the original mold design is called deformation, which can be divided into local deformation and general deformation.
