The strength is lower than the expected strength, so that the plastic parts cannot withstand the predetermined negative cutting, and there will be white grains in the inferior edge sealing strips, which are also called "fish eyes", and are mostly reflected on transparent products.
After the plastic edge band is formed, there is a certain difference from the predetermined quality standard (inspection standard), and it cannot meet the requirements of the next process. This is the defect of the plastic part, which is often referred to as the quality problem.
